Tiny Worlds — assemblage, decoupage - 1 frame pp
Painting initial on canvas - 1 canvas pp
Decorate personal treasure boxes - 1 box pp
Decoupage seashells — 2 shells pp
Paint already formed ceramics - 1 pp

We provide the art supplies, help you set up, and clean up. You provide the guests.
You're welcome to bring cake, drinks, snacks, goodie bags, balloons -- whatever you like to complete your event.
How’s it work?
First, save the agreed upon date with $100 deposit.
Second, choose which creative activity you’d like to do. Invite guests.
The week before the party, half the total balance is due, for the number of guests expected. *If there are over 10 guests, an extra $50 is charged for additional help during the event.
Day of the party? Show up! The space is yours for 2 hours:
—>Show up + set up for the first 30 minutes.
—>Then welcome guests and do creative activities for an hour-ish.
—>Cake, pictures, singing in the last half hour.
—>We say our goodbyes, gather take-home goodies, and depart. We do the clean up. Balance is due upon completion. You are free to enjoy the rest of your day. Easy peasy!
Private Birthday Parties and Events Guidelines
There is only 1 activity per party because timing doesn't allow for 2 different crafts to be taught.
TIMING: For the 2-hour event, parents get access 1/2 hour to set up before the guests arrive. We spend about 1hour +10 to15 minutes on the activity, 15 minutes for cake & photos, then clean up and say goodbyes; 2 hours total. If you have gift bags, they are given on the way out.
REFRESHMENTS: You can bring in anything you'd like food, snacks, drinks (even alcoholic beverages for adults). The Hive provides tea, coffee, M&M's.
SET UP: Each child gets a seat at a table. You are welcome to bring in any birthday decor or outside food & drinks. We have reusable vintage table cloths that can go on top of craft paper. You're welcome to bring anything beyond that (plates, utensils, etc).
DEPOSIT: the mutually agreed upon date is held with a $100 deposit.
PAYMENT, ROOM, FEES: We need a final guest count 3 days before, [i.e. Wednesday for a Saturday party], at which time 50% of the final payment is due, minus the deposit. The balance remainder is due right after the event.
*If there are more than 10 guests, there is a $50 fee for additional help and another $50 after 15 guests.
*Please note, for parties that large, there is little room for adults to attend/watch.
*If overtime occurs, it's an additional $50/per 15 minutes.
